FORGE needed to communicate grit with refinement—industrial energy and competitive edge—without slipping into “bro-gym” branding or hyper-aggressive tone. It also needed a system that could scale across offers, campaigns, and internal execution.

Strategy

We anchored the brand around self-mastery and disciplined systems:

  • positioned FORGE as evolution-focused performance training, not aesthetics
  • built a bold identity and icon system that works across signage, apparel, and digital
  • created usage rules and collateral structure to keep marketing consistent as the studio grows
